About Our School
St. Joseph's High School Rubirizi is a distinguished Catholic secondary school located in Rubirizi District, Western Uganda. Founded under the patronage of St. Joseph, we have shaped generations of leaders, professionals, and community builders for over six decades.
We offer both Ordinary Level (S.1–S.4) and Advanced Level (S.5–S.6) education under the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) curriculum, combining rigorous academic standards with holistic character formation rooted in our Catholic values.

Academic Programmes
Our curriculum follows the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) framework, preparing students for UCE and UACE national examinations.
Senior 1 – Senior 4 (S.1–S.4)
A broad-based four-year programme leading to the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE). Students study compulsory and elective subjects to build a strong academic foundation.
Senior 5 – Senior 6 (S.5–S.6)
A specialised two-year programme leading to the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE). Students concentrate on subject combinations that prepare them for university.

We believe in the all-round development of every student through a vibrant co-curricular programme that builds leadership, teamwork, and creativity.
Admissions
We welcome applications from academically motivated students who share our values of faith, knowledge, and service.
Obtain PLE results (for S.1 entry) or UCE results (for S.5 entry) from UNEB with the required grades.
Visit the school bursar's office to collect an admission application form or download it from our notice board.
Return the completed form with certified copies of results, birth certificate, passport photos, and transfer letter.
Successful candidates receive an admission letter with reporting date, school requirements list, and fees structure.
